MEATBALLS AND PASTA

1 Box Vitasoya Kebabs, Thawed
3 Tomatoes chopped
1 Onion
, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
1 Stick Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Masala
Salt to Taste
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil

Method

Heat Oil in a medium pan.
Add chopped onions and cinnamon and fry until golden brown.
Add the Garlic and stir while frying.
Add the Masala and stir it together over low heat.
Add the Chopped Tomatoes and stir all together.
Add salt to taste. Add the sugar. Stir all together. Add a little water, about quarter cup
and allow to slowly cook till the tomatoes melt.
Stir occasionally. Add the VitaSoya Kebabs to the chutney when the chutney is
almost cooked and allow to simmer for 2 minutes
Ready to eat.

Sever with a pasta of your choice.
